So many benefits.

The accounts where you gain revenue points are worth the banking alone without all the other benefits like insurance etc. So many ways to gain extra points and even more ways to redeem them, Ryanair, BA the list goes on. Very good APR on savings accounts, all round great banking, so much so I don't even use my Lloyds anymore! Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Excellent Banking App with Brilliant Customer Service

I’ve had a great experience using Revolut Ltd and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an easy, reliable, and modern banking app. The app itself is incredibly user-friendly and well organised, making it simple to manage everyday banking, track spending, and move money around in just a few taps. Everything is clearly laid out and intuitive, even if you’re not particularly tech-savvy. What really impressed me was their customer service. When my phone and purse were stolen, I was able to quickly freeze my cards and Apple Wallet directly through the app, which gave me immediate peace of mind. The support team were responsive, helpful, and reassuring during what was a very stressful situation. Revolut also offers a fantastic range of in-app features that make travelling and everyday life easier. I especially like earning air miles through RevPoints and being able to use their eSIM service when travelling abroad — both are extremely convenient and save a lot of hassle. On top of that, there are many other great benefits available, from budgeting tools to international transfers and travel perks, which really make Revolut stand out from traditional banks. Overall, Revolut is a modern, efficient, and reliable banking solution with excellent customer support and a wide range of useful features. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.
