very pleased with the way it works.

very pleased with the way it works. Particularly like the split a bill function. It could be improved by taking a photo of the bill, assigning items to people, so you could ask for a precise (incl tip etc) amount form everyone. it would stop the who paid for what etc.. I was thinking of going to the metal but you changed the insurance to not cover motorcycles over 125cc. Reviewed on: 11th December 2025

Terrible customer service.

I've used Revolut for 9 months and all very good to until we wanted to move money to family member. After 4 days and constantly answering the same question over & over again we finally managed the transaction. It seems Revolut like to have your money but not let you move It the AI chat bot is more sympathetic than call centre advisor. (this was money from a Last Will & Testament) Reviewed on: 11th December 2025

Excellent banking app

As an ageing tech dinosaur wanting to dabble with investing in crypto and stocks, the Revolut banking app is a total godsend. Very easy to open the account , start trading and have relative peace of mind with security. Plenty of help and advice , not to mention the abundance of offers and perks that the different grades of account offer. The fees are competitive as is the interest rates on savings.
