Good product but not enough live customer contact when there is a problem

The bank is good and fills my needs although £200 cash is not enough and I don't want to pay for the privilege of more. I had a problem with contacting a representative as I need to change the telephone no you call to give a security number on occasions. I have not been successful and the chat lines were not helpful and didn't grasp my problem. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Fastest account opening I ever made!

Awesome

It took me four months and a minimum of six hours on the phone to HSBC to achieve what I was able to do with Revolut in twelve minutes. I know, because we timed it! This is the banking revolution we've been crying out for. I love Revolut and recommend it to everyone. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Easy foreign exchange

I use Revolut for trips abroad. So easy to load the card then convert to Euros or Dirhams in my case then using the card abroad is simple. Reduced cash handling, better exchange rates, no transaction fees. Brilliant. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Best card for travelling
