We didn't want to throw out our tenants in a pandemic so we've rented since our return. We hope to move back into our house in July but Saffron insist on us paying the £4000+ penalty for breaking the deal. Callous, don't you think? Reviewed on: 11th March 2021

You would not deal with my mortgage broker and then it was difficult to get to speak to anyone at the mortgage department that could handle my questions. By the time this happened, it was too late to switch on 1 Mar. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021
