You should not make arrangments for a phone call and not keep them ! Also if you cancel the apiontment make shure you follow it up ! ( this was in January ) Reviewed on: 2nd June 2021

We didn't want to throw out our tenants in a pandemic so we've rented since our return. We hope to move back into our house in July but Saffron insist on us paying the £4000+ penalty for breaking the deal. Callous, don't you think? Reviewed on: 11th March 2021
