Great customer service

Spoke to Anne S in Customer Services about my mortgage today. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and answered all my questions. Saffron call centre closes at 5pm, but Anne did not rush me and stayed on the phone for an additional 7 minutes to assist with my enquiries. Thanks Anne! Reviewed on: 20th June 2025
