I think your company and staff are great, its just a a shame you dont offer competitive rates. I did call your company before remortgaging but the rates were not so good. Wonderful customer service

Saffron Building Society has been excellent throughout my 19 years of mortgage. Consistently great customer service, nothing too much trouble (sort of wish I still had a mortgage the service has been that good).
