Saffron Building Society Mortgage

I’ve had a deeply disappointing experience with Saffron Building Society’s mortgage. Their interest rates have consistently remained far above market conditions, even during periods when most lenders were offering relief. As a result, I’ve lost a significant amount of money and faced prolonged financial strain. What’s been most distressing is the lack of flexibility or fairness in their pricing—rates that feel extortionate in comparison to the broader market left us feeling trapped and anxious about our financial future. This experience has caused real emotional and financial distress for our household, and I wouldn’t recommend their mortgage products to anyone seeking stability or support from their lender. Great customer service

Spoke to Anne S in Customer Services about my mortgage today. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, and answered all my questions.
