Fabulous news today!

Generally, I have been delighted with the granting and handling of our fixed rate mortgage to 85 my age. A positive and helpful experience. I have to say that the porting of this small mortgage, less than 10% of the value of our purchase, has been messy, mainly because of the surveyor you deployed on this and a previous property we rejected. Your software Egress also needs improvement, especially in handling attachments [from an Apple iMac?]. The icing on a nice cake was your discovery of your own error and the return of the wrongly taken redemption penalty: very well done on that - and thanks for calling not just writing.
