I think I spoke to a lady today called Cloe about my mortgage. She was so helpful and understanding. She just made me feel so much better. Although I had to digest some of the information and called back later she was just as helpful. She explained so much in such a simple way. I have always found the staff very accommodating. Excellent service, but high cost.

The customer service is excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient staff that really helped and got stuff done. Lisa was particularly good. the rates themselves remain high. Higher than competition. The reason I stay is for convenience. Hence high rating, but would not recommend. Reviewed on: 16th May 2025

Spoke with Rosanna about a product switch. She was friendly helpful and clear about the next steps in the process. Offered me a phone call with an advisor (which I declined) and emailed me the product list (as requested) immediately after our call ended. Reviewed on: 15th May 2025
