Good advice supplied.

Good service supplied over the telephone, clear and accurate advice given. A little surprised that the head office was closed on Tuesday 25th March and yet the web site did not seem to have a message to say so. The web site did detail some specific branch closures but not the head office. Meant I did waste some time on the 24th March trying to access telephone advice. Reviewed on: 26th March 2025

I have called mortgage services on several occasions...

I have called mortgage services on several occasions and Lisa Howard and Anne Sleeper have always been so helpful and friendly. This is my 1st self build mortgage and today I spoke with Lisa. Lisa today went above and beyond to answer my questions in full. She even spoke with other departments to find out some of my answers for n regard to once my self build completes with next steps and mortgage options available. I can honestly say that speaking with Lisa and her colleagues is always a pleasure and so easy, never rushed or past around departments they always go the extra mile to ensure they do their best to make a daunting process feel more reassuring. I can not rate them high enough as always there to help. Please can you past my feedback to them as they really do deserve to know how amazing their service is in supporting Saffron clients on their 1st self build. Thank you so much for all your support. If you are thinking of a self build mortgage this the lender to go to as no automated calls just real people to talk too willing to support and go the extra mile. Reviewed on: 24th March 2025
