Great customer service from Mortgage Retentions

Lisa H of the Mortgage Retentions team was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional in the way she interacted with me. She very patiently listened and provided information on possible options once my fixed rate comes to an end, even the options that were more hypothetical in nature.
