Hard work, changing criteria and ZERO flexibility

Hard work (which isn't an issue), however the changing of criteria is hard to stomach. Also the speed they do things is mind blowing, rather than asking a load of questions they spent multiple weeks with a single question each time. Reviewed on: 18th December 2024

Great app and top customer service.

I was a member years ago then closed my accounts when I needed the money after moving from Birmingham to Portsmouth.and they accepted to reopen my account and the app is not lpleasant. Reviewed on: 11th December 2024
