Transfer from one product to another

THE MOST stressful experience

Was THE MOST stressful experience caused by incompetence, delays caused us to pay more money, any commissioned you received should have been zoid! Apart from 1 individual who tried their very best to help us, I have never dealt with such a disorganised lender. Even our solicitor is who deals with 100s of cases said Saffron were the worst she'd ever had the displeasure to deal with! Says a lot really. Reviewed on: 28th November 2024

Efficient, helpful, lovely staff.

Saffron building society have given us our self build mortgage. When we want to access more money we fill out a form, send photos and book a valuation. We've done this 3 times so far and each time our emails are answered very quickly, valuation company phone quickly afterwards and it's just a very straightforward, efficient process with really lovely helpful staff.
