No troubles with Saffron, staff are very knowledgeable with their mortgages and very polite advising clients on new mortgage rates. Although disappointed my rates changed from a 2 year discount of 2.7% to 2.1% whiles receiving my mortgage offer this has forced me to look at other mortgage deals. Also disappointed Saffron do not offer a 2 year fixed rate for Expat BTL. Reviewed on: 22nd February 2025

Leon Walker and Anne Sleeper

Leon Walker, who dealt with our case originally, was incredibly supportive and very helpful. He guided us through the process and helped push our case through. Anne Sleeper, who picked up our case and managed our payments, was an absolute delight. I was very stressed about getting our next payment - Anne was so supportive and helped me get everything I needed.
