No contact regarding changes

Your company arbitrarily decided the change and lower the amount it was drawing for my mortgage repayment when I had given specific instructions for a set amount to be standard. It then took me some time to be able to make contact with you as I do not have access to my online account with your company. To rectify the matter I in the end had to set up a separate repayment standing order with my bank. Reviewed on: 24th January 2024

Unable to speak to someone helpful

I tried to ring 4 times last week and kept getting cut off. I emailed too and haven't heard anything back from that. My partner managed to speak to someone (no mortgage admin available) that couldn't totally help with our query. They promised to get back in touch with answers, but still waiting.
