I phoned x3 times the number shown on my mortgage statement & each got to “you are no.1 in the queue’ & each time I got cut off! Managed to find an 0800 no. thru Google & actually managed to speak with someone although they seem overly impressed I’d phoned on the 2/1/24. Reviewed on: 15th January 2024

Response time is very slow, seems to be a consistent 3 working days before each email response. I've been trying to get answers to my query for 2 weeks now. Some of the responses have been generic and not relevant to the questions. Reviewed on: 21st December 2023

I wanted to speak to SBS about an SBS mortgage. Apparently that is not possible; you referred me to a mortgage broker who was unable to advise only on SBS products. It seems like you have abandoned the idea of having a sales force. Reviewed on: 21st December 2023
