I find it very odd that in 2023, to get info about my mortgage, I just receive letters through the post. No online access, no email sent. Saffron would gain to be modernised. Reviewed on: 12th April 2023

Not sure where I start. It was a 10 month Self Build mortgage journey. It took its toll on my Mental Heath thats for sure. I have never know such disorganisation, dangling a carrot, requesting further information , duplications etc etc Reviewed on: 27th March 2023
