Not sure where I start. It was a 10 month Self Build mortgage journey. It took its toll on my Mental Heath thats for sure. I have never know such disorganisation, dangling a carrot, requesting further information , duplications etc etc Reviewed on: 27th March 2023

It is a great mortgage but the mortgage application process is very poorly communicated to new customers. Examples are the forms are not sent out that you require; you say on one form one thing that is not consistent with another form..... Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

I mailed my acceptance on 27th Feb. I received a call from you to ask if I had responded as nothing had been received. I called you on 14th March and still not received. This is taking far too long and should all have been done online. Reviewed on: 15th March 2023
