It would be useful if your overpayment bank details were on the online ‘confirmed as correct’ list to give customers comfort that payments have gone to the right account. At the moment my bank couldn’t confirm account matched Payee. Reviewed on: 28th February 2022

A good experience over the years (decades) we've had our what became two mortgages, now both paid off. Tom Thomas was very helpful 10yrs ago when setting up our second mortgage, Joanne helpful in redeeming this final one of the two. Reviewed on: 19th February 2022
