It was great that I had one single point of contact to deal with in Rosanna. A suggestion for improvement would be becoming more digital focussed through using online forms and digital signatures to speed up the process. Reviewed on: 8th February 2022

I have been with the society for many years. What I do not understand is why there are not incentive products for long standing customers. In the past I have been told bigger societies have better offers. We all know they do. Reviewed on: 4th February 2022

Ben has been excellent throughout. With regard my other ongoing matters I feel that the underwriters have sided with my ex who has NEVER EVER paid the mortgage against me who has paid every instalment from day 1 - Apart from the Covid break Reviewed on: 31st January 2022

i simply wanted to fix the rate for the remaining 5 years of my mortgage. It proved to be impossible. There was no flexibility and it would have been treated as a new mortgage and subject to the £9700 penalty. Promised call back not made Reviewed on: 18th January 2022
