Good communication - I received 2 calls to check that I had received the product illustration. This was just as well because the posted copy did not arrive, however Lizzie was able to send as a secure email to avoid further delay. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2020

The switch process was very smooth but I was disappointed that the initial products we were offered to switch to were changed by the time I responded meaning that we are now paying more for our mortgage than we were under the old product. Reviewed on: 29th November 2020

WE LIKE THE FRIENDLY HELPFUL STAFF. THE ONLY OFF PUTTING ISSUES IS THE VERY LONG RECORDED MESSAGE THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE TO LIOSTEN TO EACH TIME YOU TELEPHONE THE BRANCH. IT LASTS FOR A BOUT 2 MINUTES AND IS SOME WHAT DRAWN OUT. Reviewed on: 24th November 2020

As above ,much better now after frustrations earlier in the year when I struggled to get thru to anyone who could help on issues like porting etc which was apparently suspended due to staff changes. Reviewed on: 24th November 2020
