your traditional good telephone service seems to have lapsed in favour of email communication. if we wanted a modern bank we wouldn’t have chosen the saffron. stick to your old ways, that’s what we like Reviewed on: 25th April 2022

The ONLY thing that is annoying is the answer machine system. When you call a million times, like I have had to, it gets intensely irritating. But apart from that , I am WELL impressed with EVEYRONE I have dealt with at Saffron. Reviewed on: 20th April 2022

I would love to access to the interest figures above without having to phone, but I do not get these in writing (i.e. without phoning) until December 2022. Can the payment statement be aligned with the tax year rather calendar year please? Reviewed on: 19th April 2022

I phoned regarding a mix up on addresses, whereby the address for correspondence was confused with the security address. The person I spoke to will have fed back to the Society how the error arose and how it can be avoided in future. Reviewed on: 4th April 2022

The mortage interest rate was a lot better than I thought it would be, so I didn't switch to another bank / building society. Really helpful and friendly staff, never took too long to get through on the phone so that was good too! Reviewed on: 31st March 2022
