You would not deal with my mortgage broker and then it was difficult to get to speak to anyone at the mortgage department that could handle my questions. By the time this happened, it was too late to switch on 1 Mar. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021

This experience was good,but I am quite disappointed with the rate offered considering the Bank of England rate and the fact that the rates have tumbled in the last three years. Reviewed on: 8th January 2021

All pretty good. Appreciated the written information. All I would say is that it suggested calling to request Illustration, only to be asked to email request. Would have appreciated not making a wasted call (with long waiting time). Reviewed on: 6th January 2021

Good communication - I received 2 calls to check that I had received the product illustration. This was just as well because the posted copy did not arrive, however Lizzie was able to send as a secure email to avoid further delay. Reviewed on: 2nd December 2020
