I wanted a figure for final payment of my mortgage, but I was unable to obtain the exact figure. I requested that the final figure be sent to me by email (as the system was not 'available' at the time of my call) but no email has arrived. Reviewed on: 26th June 2023

Paperwork is onerous for a simple product switch. Simple important key details such as term, rate %, when rate runs out etc should be bigger and bold and on one single sheet. The numbering on your pages is confusing. Reviewed on: 8th June 2023
