Could not have asked for a better service. Jodie was very understanding of my difficulties and talked me through in simple terms what I needed to do. Very polite and friendly. Query about transferring my ISA from another provider

I had a query about how to request the transfer of an ISA from another provider. I sent a secure message and also a message via the contact us form on the website. My husband did the same. Both responded very promptly. One attached the form we needed, the other posted the forms plus a reply paid envelope to me, and they came the next day. Reviewed on: 19th February 2026

100% on customer service
