Great customer service

Thought I needed to open a new account. Sarah phoned, said they could automatically transfer to one with better rate - while keeping all the same details. Easy and clearly explained. The website could do with a bit of work. Took over 5 minutes for a security code to come through, and when scrolling down, other pages of information appear over current content. I opened a bond with Caroline this morning. The process was easy and Caroline helped me with all the paperwork and I give 5 stars.
