Superb phone service

I needed to take action in relation to children’s savings accounts at maturity for five of my grandchildren. I knew that I would struggle to do this online. I phoned and spoke with Maria who was incredibly helpful and patient. lt took a while with Maria talking me through the options and she did an excellent job in finding the best solutions. Thank you. Superb support

My husband and I both have accounts with you and had difficulty opening an online account, Sophia Nuttall was extremely helpful, she was patient, understanding, clear in her instructions, she made the whole process a pleasure and very easy.
