Charlotte gave amazing customer service

I needed to unlock my account and reset my password. There was a queue but I was number 1 it in. Charlotte answered my call and stayed on with me until I had managed to log on, making sure I was able to complete the action for the Charity finances. I have saved with Saffron for over 15 years and have always found their staff in the branch and on the telephone to be very helpful and respectful making sure I have fully understood theri response to my questions. My most recent conversations with Kyle and Jodie maintained this high standard. Interest rates have topped many and they are good at rewarding members loyalty. Reviewed on: 27th November 2025
