From the first time I came into the Colchester branc...

From the first time I came into the Colchester branch, I have been welcomed! They are such nice people always willing to go the extra mile! I sometimes bring in my two little children and they never fail to ask them about their day! Their customer service is exceptional!! I've been a SWBS customer for several years now - initially due to living near Saffron Walden but latterly drawn by their easier to use online service and, as in this case, the fact that I can speak to a real person if I have a problem or query.
