I came in to withdraw cash as I usually do and was asked for some feedback about Saffron and I was really pleased to be asked especially as companies think everyone uses computers these days and older people do not get much chance to give their thoughts face to face and I was very pleased to be asked for mine and it made me feel included and that my opinion mattered even though I am an older person.
