Savings accounts review.

I have 2 different types of savings accounts, opened initially because they have excellent interest rates. On monitoring nterest rates regularly for similar accounts, these 2 accounts have not been beaten. Also, on the occasions I have phoned their customer support, the agents have answered almost immediately and provided a friendly, polite and most helpful service in which all my questions have been most thoroughly answered. A quick and easy way to deposit cheques.

My bank no longer accepts cheque deposits via the Post Office. I opened a Savvi account with the Haverhill branch so I could continue accepting and depositing cheques. This was arranged quickly and efficiently. I now much prefer this option. Reviewed on: 13th February 2026
