I have been opening ISAs with them since 2009. They have all my records, they are able to answer my questions easily. At year end when things are busy they are still fast and slick. Saffron BS - "A Policy To Please".

First class online service throughout. IT systems well streamlined making it easy take savings accounts out. No unnecessary beaurocratic steps/ paperwork. Operation of accounts slick in terms of deposits/withdrawals. Interest rate remained competitive through BOE base rate reductions. Ts & Cs all clear and easily understood. Bery transparent.
