I spoke to Zoe and enlightened her on what had occur...

I spoke to Zoe and enlightened her on what had occurred with a Smart Savers account I had opened for my grandson when he was born and the unfortunate circumstances which recently occurred with him being contacted instead of me. The surprise that I had kept for his 18th birthday was destroyed and upsetting. Zoe reassured me that she was looking into the circumstances and trying to salvage a bad situation, for which I am grateful. Reviewed on: 16th September 2025
