I used the Refer A Friend link and my friend duly opened a Refer A Friend Saver yet I did not receive the book token reward as she was told she had opened the wrong a/c! I then was told that she had opened the right a/c! Still no reward! Reviewed on: 24th June 2025

Ultimate customer service

I dealt with Stacey F this morning she had limitless patience with me .She very kindly explained all about the ISAs I wasn’t sure .Best of all Stacey helped me get set up on line I struggled previously but she got me set up cannot thank her enough.
