SWBS: Consistently better than most.

In my experience of SWBS, the staff are professional and friendly. The savings % is consistently good, not the best but consistently higher than most others with local high street branches. The app is good, offering the most important functionality for the tech savvy. Savings books are also given for the traditional customer base. Reviewed on: 20th January 2025

Rollover procedure

It must have been my error but I recently rolled over a bond. I had intended to roll the principal and have the interest paid to another of my accounts. I managed to roll the principal less the interest amount again so therefore received my interest plus an identical amount at my other bank, I would have thought this would have seemed a strange request and maybe there could be some manual intervention where maybe somebody should contact me to check my instructions were correct. always had positive experiences in person and by phone - local branch with good opening hours, service is very fast, staff are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. We have a number of savings account with a passbook, and I like that we have a passbook. I like to bring my son in with me, so he can see and get used to the saving ethos, and the stay are always super nice to him, and make a big deal of encouraging his saving and putting money into his savings. The branch is very recently refurbished and really warm and welcoming. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
