The staff in the Colchester branch are so friendly.

The staff in the Colchester branch are so friendly. One lovely lady remembers our names and the fact we have grandchildren every visit. We don’t even go in that regularly. Transactions are so easy to do with knowledgeable and efficient staff. Well done Colchester. Reviewed on: 11th January 2025

Your website

I find your website unintelligible. I hate the fact that it only the size of a mobile phone, and when you refer me to a certain section (eg maturity information) I click on every icon you have on the page, but still cannot find it. However, I cannot praise your staff highly enough. When I telephone they are extremely helpful. Reviewed on: 11th January 2025
