The lady who took my call was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me today with my problem. Was no difficulties in communication as you get with some banks call centres. Reviewed on: 11th February 2025

Issue with our fixed rate bond.

Had an issue with our fixed rate bond. When realising there was a problem when going into our branch the staff were very helpful and passed on to the manager. Both staff and Manager kept in touch and the issue was sorted quickly. Fantastic customer service and thank you to Bishops Stortford branch for there professional and friendly service.
