High quality customer service.

Calls are answered promptly. Every member of staff I’ve spoken to has been knowledgeable and helpful instead of transferring me to others they have been able to solve the issues themselves. The online sign up process was easy as was setting up the app. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2024

Usually I would use the Ware Saffron but it is closed for refurbishment. I visited Royston branch last weekend to transfer a matured ISA. It was such a nice experience. The two cashiers were charming, one customer was even greeted by their name. The chap who helped me transfer my ISA to a new account was really nice and helpful, he filled in everything for me and I just had to sign the form. I appreciated that ever so much as I am not very confident with these things. I will definitely be visiting that branch over the one in Ware. This morning I had a query and I phoned your helpline and spoke to Freddie. Again, super helpful and polite. Saffron you have a great team of people. Reviewed on: 21st September 2024

I requested a callback. It happened soon after I asked for it. The person was polite, engaging and helpful. They gave me advice about setting up a new savings account. I was able to set it up right after the call. Reviewed on: 20th September 2024
