Fast and efficient service on the helpline

The phone was answered promptly - no waiting in a queue - and the customer service agent was friendly and helpful. I was able to achieve what was needed quickly and with no difficulty. Very impressed with the service. Reviewed on: 9th September 2024

Opened ISA in branch

Opened ISA in branch and put funds on notice in existing savings account to transfer to ISA when notice period is up. Received an email about this approx a week later which mystified me so I rang up and the lady I spoke to explained everything to me very clearly. She was very helpful. Helpful, kind person answering the phone .

The person I spoke to was very helpful, patient and kind. She wished me a speedy recovery when she knew that I had had recent surgery well. I felt very valued unlike sometimes when trying to sort out a problem on the phone. Reviewed on: 6th September 2024

Efficient transfer of monies

Kendra was so helpful in advising me how to move money from my bank into an esaver. I had forgotten the sort code and account number of Saffron Building Society. Even suggesting a small sum first before transferring the rest to make sure all was well. She also phoned to let me know that the transfer had gone through and moved an appropriate sum from esaver to ISA. Patient and very personable Reviewed on: 6th September 2024
