Saving into a savings account...

It wasn't clear at first about paying into my savings account. There was a push to do it by online banking which I don't do. Having given my bank details on line and the amount I wanted to save each month I found that I had to fill in a direct debit form and send it to my bank. I discovered this when I had an email and later a letter to say I hadn't placed any money in my new savings account. I expected you to this automatically. I had to search your web site to find the direct debit form I needed to get the ball rolling. Option to pay by sending a direct debit form to a bank I felt was hidden. Please remember that there are some of else who don't do online or telephone banking. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024
