Excellent Customer service.

Excellent Customer service. Helped me set up account, the app, explained how accounts worked, how to set up standing orders etc into account, even swapped a lower paying interest account to a better one for me and arranged callback on insurance quotations. friendly, efficient, knowledgeable. so nice to ring up and get straight through to someone and in the uk rather than choosing option after option or being dealt with by a bot. this is how companies should operate making customers feel valued Reviewed on: 3rd July 2024
