Telephone information service

I was able to to speak to your staff and obtain all the information I needed by telephone. Everything was very clear and simple. Excellent for an elderly person like me with no family help. It was made clear to me that if I needed any help in the future I would be able to speak to you. Very rare these days and much appreciated. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

ISA transfer failed.

ISA transfer failed. Transfered money from my bank account into my ISA still below annual threshold but money bounced straight back for no apparent reason. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Poor IT system.

Poor IT system. Cannot reset my password using my Apple pc or phone. giving up on it. Will us phone banking until regular saver ends and then close all accounts with Saffron. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Good Customer Service

Unfortunately I had to wait in the telephone queue for a while before being connected but this seems to be the "way of the world" today. Once connected, the member of staff was very helpful and was able to do everything that I requested. Reviewed on: 16th January 2024

Slow & Inefficient

Applied for existing members account and had heard nothing after 3 weeks - no acknowledgement, absolutely nothing. Rang, 10 applications still ahead of mine. Then account suddenly opened same day but additional email to advise details on existing account changed - another phone call to establish what had been changed.
