Dependable.

I only have cash ISA's with SWBS and annual renewals and new investments are simple. Their interest rates are not necessarily the best but they are dependable and you can always talk to someone - not always possible these days. More than happy to stay with them Reviewed on: 9th April 2024

I already have a Saffron account with an app.

I already have a Saffron account with an app. I opened a new Saffron online account. I received emails telling me my account is open with emails telling me to create a username and password with one email saying that they will text me a temporary password. In my application I gave my old account number. After waiting sometime for a temporary job password, I thought I would look at my Saffron app, to my surprise my new online account was with my old account. Why when applying for an online account didn't it include with the emails that "if you have a Saffron account with an app, your new second account is now on your app with your other Saffron account". A very alert adviser

I had misunderstood a form, and one of the advisers took the trouble to ring me to check that I fully understood the instructions I was madating, which could have been against my interests. I was very impressed that the staff member was so diligent and alert. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024

Service as it Should Be

Having received the emailed maturity pack for my savings account, I found the the printable forms didn't seem to match my needs and, so, I telephoned the 0800 number provided. After only a short wait in a queue, the whole matter was dealt with courteously and efficiently by the first agent I spoke to. Reviewed on: 8th April 2024
