Wanted an ISA account with better interest rates.

Wanted an ISA account with better interest rates. Lyn (?) at Haverhill branch very helpful & thorough. She was able to open a new ISA & transfer whole amount in one go. I received a couple of txt messages of confirmation & then letter in the post detailing my ISA Reviewed on: 25th April 2024

Poor ISA maturity pack information.

1year fixed ISA maturity instructions came circa 4 weeks before maturity inviting me to issue my instructions. Tried to do this online as offered but couldn’t do so. Phoned for assistance and told could not do it online unless within 14 days of maturity. The maturity pack doesn’t tell you this so wasted time and effort trying to do something that couldn’t be done. Reviewed on: 25th April 2024
