The Saffron manages to make mutuality unappealing.

The Saffron manages to make mutuality unappealing. The organisation seems keen to learn form all of the banks' unpleasant behaviours, to the extent that they destroy any ethical appeal. Poor interest rates, an episode with a questionable CEO, and opaque communications all make the expereince a bit like delaing with Barclays but with a poorer online experience. (that isn't meant to be a compliment if anyone at Saffron reads this) Reviewed on: 13th August 2024

We have been saving with Saffron for over 20 years now , we have a branch in our town , Brentwood , the staff are always friendly , helpful and professional . The Society has also introduced it's members month which in this year we were lucky enough to get tickets to the excellent Afternoon Tea event at Down Hall and also the a £50 theatre ticket voucher . Add this to good savings rates and good service and you have satisfied customers. Reviewed on: 12th August 2024
