Appreciating that you need more security, you wanted a mobile no. to verify us. My wife's mobile is for emergencies only and many people of our age do not have them but we were able to use our e-mail addresses to get into our accounts. Reviewed on: 29th December 2023

Unfortunately I had a perfectly serviceable online account. Saffron has chosen to “upgrade” to a system that no longer works on my iPad. Pretty poor. Until now I was a happy customer! Reviewed on: 22nd December 2023

While i am happy with the increased security for using my account, the instructions for password size without using certain figures ie the £ sign was not made clear and caused a bit of confusion and I ended up locked out of my account. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2023

The only negative was originally trying to set up the account this kept loosing page information and had to persist with trying to complete and l would think that would put some off but as l knew you were doing upgrades soon maybe this was Reviewed on: 22nd December 2023
