A good deal for charity funds

Twelve years ago, looking for a place to deposit church funds and get a good return, I came across Saffron's Charity Tracker account. The funds placed in 2014 are still there, providing a return significantly better than that available to charoties from most banks and building societies. Reviewed on: 28th January 2026

PROBLEMS WITH AN INSURANCE COMPANY..

I was having problems with an insurance company, which I asked Saffron to look into for me, after both myself and the Saffron phoned them a few times the problem was sorted. I don't think I could have sorted it without their help. Reviewed on: 28th January 2026

I like the local branches that are still open.

I like the local branches that are still open at tye moment. Customer service generally answer questions pretty quickly. On line services could be a bit quicker to respond. The Portal needs tidying up a bit to make it more intuitive. Reviewed on: 28th January 2026
