Dan's customer service was excellent as it always is. A very helpful friendly young man. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The same I would like to say for chole'. It is a pleasure to come to the branch in Bishop's Stortford. Reviewed on: 13th November 2023

Very straightforward as I opened 2 accounts online and paid money in at the branch. In the past I have been given the same generic form to complete every time I open a new account which is a real pain. Reviewed on: 13th November 2023
