I wanted to renew my savings account. After being held on the phone for 15 minutes I gave up- tried to do it online - rang again later to check whether I had done it correctly - I had not. Lesson learned: stay on the phone no matter what. Reviewed on: 11th January 2022

Your letter of 8.01.22 needs to be worded otherwise: 'WE have made an electronic payment in accord with YOUR request...'. Plus give me the SO details I need: account no, sort, reference, my new (or continuing) account no AT THE SAME TIME. Reviewed on: 10th January 2022

I have found all the staff I have dealt with exceptionally good. The music used when customers are on hold could be changed, it does no credit to the composer and orchestra. I did suggest using "I'm just mad about Saffron" Reviewed on: 5th January 2022

That I was speaking to a human being immediately and not having to press umpteen buttons or tell a machine that I wanted to speak with a human being. So simple yet most financial institutions these days have totally lost it. Reviewed on: 5th January 2022
