The service in your Bishop's Stortford branch was fantastic. Unfortunately, when speaking with your call centre, the experience was not positive as your representative refused to book a Saturday appointment (I work during the week). Reviewed on: 27th March 2023

It's local _one of my main reasons for choosing it. On my initial visits ,over a year ago, I found one member of staff(name unknown ) displayed some impatience when asked to explain clearly the benefits of different accounts . Reviewed on: 27th March 2023
