I find some of your practices a little outdated. I deposited a cheque and received a paper receipt and was told I need to return to have the passbook updated, which is inconvenient. We don't use you for any real Savings due to poor rates. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023

Got through quickly. Even though I can still log in using existing details from when I had accounts with the society in previous years, and my linked bank account details are the same, I was made to jump through additional hoops. Reviewed on: 20th February 2023
