Ease of online access. The time delay between opening and then waiting for an initiation code to arrive by post is disappointing given the rest of the process is online. Could email not be used to expedite the process? Reviewed on: 14th November 2022

I've found it difficult to open an account for my daughter: I did not find the online instruction comprehensive, I found it difficult to source the details I needed to successfully open it. It took me over a month to open one. Reviewed on: 11th November 2022

I can't easily get to a branch and I always find the phone service very good. I get through quickly to someone who can help me and they are always friendly and able to handle my enquiry. Reviewed on: 10th November 2022
