Need to deal with matters by telephone as not near to any branch. Easy to get through by phone, without long wait, and staff easy, friendly and helpful. Restarted my association after 15 years and now will continue to do so. Thank you Reviewed on: 5th March 2022

After negotiating the menu options, my telephone call was answered very quickly and satisfactorily. However, I am disappointed to learn that the Saffron still cannot receive incoming funds (ISA transfer) electronically. Reviewed on: 1st March 2022
